Chicken Casserole is a unique place where you can enrich your cooking abilities.

Cooking is not always a perfectly precise art, but a good grasp of the basics gives the chef, cook or food lover the ability not only to apply the technique, but also to learn the standards of quality in cooking.

We learn best when we understand not only how to do something but why we should do it in that way. The recipes on my blog are explained in a simple and understandable way so even the very beginner can start implementing them right away.

Before starting to cook from any recipe the first step is always to read through the recipe to gain an understanding and get familiar of exactly what is required.

This step will help you to notice any surprises the recipe might contain, such as a requiring a special equipment or overnight cooling period etc.

In the recipes the ingredients list indicates how the ingredients must be prepared (parboiling, cut in certain size etc.) before the actual cooking and recipe execution begins.

So, sharpen your knives, heat up the stove and let’s start cooking 🙂
